Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of TRAlART(the “Service”), a virtual-binder web application operated by an individual based in Italy as a single-person, non-commercial project. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TRAlART lets you build virtual binders for trading card games — arranging cards, slicing panoramic art across a spread, viewing market prices, printing at true card size, and optionally sharing binders publicly. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, in line with Italian law. You can use TRAlART as a guest, or create an account to save binders to the cloud. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, obscene, or that violates someone else’s rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use automated means to scrape or place unreasonable load on the Service or the third-party card databases it relies on.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the binders and any custom art you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — including showing it publicly if, and only if, you choose to make a binder public. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any custom art you upload. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

5. Intellectual property of card games

Card names, text, statistics, and artwork displayed in the Service are the property of their respective rights holders — including, without limitation, Bandai, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai Namco, and Riot Games. TRAlART is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners, and this data is provided for informational and collection-management purposes only.

6. Market prices

Any market prices shown are sourced from third parties, are indicative only, and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not financial advice or an offer to buy or sell. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the date above, and your continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that card data and prices will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Italian or EU law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the licences you granted us end, except where content has already been shared publicly by you or where retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction there. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
